About The Lebanese Sajeria Haarlemmerstraat

We're Lia and Ziad, the foodies behind the Lebanese Sajeria. We've been serving up fresh (literally and figuratively!) takes on Lebanese classics since 2015, when we brought a saj* over from Lebanon. We first started selling our signature manousheh* at food markets around Amsterdam, then out of a food-truck window as we toured the country. Today, we have four of our very own counters across the city. We like to mix it up, combining classic Lebanese flavours in unexpected ways. We get creative in the kitchen and carefully craft each recipe so every manousheh, side, sweet treat, platter, and pantry product strikes the right balance of texture - we like to contrast crunchy, chewy, and creamy - and flavour. Our ultimate goal is to share Lebanese flavours with every foodie. So stop by one of our eateries, let us cater one of your events, or pick up a pantry product to add flavour to your home cooking.
